The HIVE Collaborative Network is the project’s shared space for connecting people, expertise, and innovation across integrated HIV and non-communicable disease (NCD) care. It brings together clinical sites, researchers, healthcare professionals, policymakers, patient and community representatives, and global partners to support collaboration and learning throughout the project.
By encouraging knowledge exchange across high-income and low- and middle-income settings, the Network helps ensure that HIVE’s solutions are culturally relevant, practical in real-world care settings, and responsive to the needs of people living with HIV.
Through regular virtual meetings/webinars and an online platform for communication and learning.
With representation from HICs, LMICs, and indigenous communities through an inclusive governance framework and focused sub-committees.
Based on stakeholder feedback to refine interventions and ensure fit with local cultural, clinical, and operational contexts.
To bring additional perspectives and expertise.
